few days ago he established a truce of six months in the Holy Land. The meeting between Israel and Hamas had moderated from Egypt and both forces had willingly accepted. Last night, the army of the circumcised raided Nablus in the West Bank, killing two Palestinian students of 21 years.
The news does not raise much interest from the media. The few who talk about it are quick to say that, however, dopo l'arresto è stato lanciato un razzo qassam (un cilindro di 15 cm spesso privo di tritolo) in Israele. Non ci sono state vittime nè feriti, ma va ricordato per giustificare la violenza di Israele.
E' ormai da ingenui fidarsi della parola dei semiti. Nessuno di noi credeva ad una tregua duratura, ma non credevo nemmeno in un periodo così breve.
La strategia è chiara: la guerra innanzitutto è psicologica. Tutti devono temere di morire da un momento all'altro. Non deve esserci un attimo di serenità, anche quando questa viene promessa. L'obiettivo non è la conquista della Palestina, ma l'annientamento dei palestinesi.
L'occidente tollera e copre. Complice di uno sterminio che non accenna a finire.
