What should ...
A fillet of salmon or a nice steak
stale bread toasted
A clove of garlic, a sprig of rosemary, a few leaves of sage
Oil evo
Salt and pepper to taste

How do you ...
Wash and dry the salmon fillet. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place over salmon.
Reduce the stale bread into cubes and toast in the oven. Put in a blender along with garlic, rosemary, sage and a pinch of salt and pepper.


Blend all the ingredients, add some olive oil and sprinkle over the salmon fillet lightly salted previously. Press firmly with your hands to adhere the bread flavored.




Sprinkle the fillet with more oil and bake at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.

Ingredients


5 eggs 5 teaspoons of sugar
5 teaspoons vegetable oil
5 tablespoons anisette

Peanut oil for frying
honey, cocoa, alchermes to decorate


Procedure
Battere le uova con lo zucchero, unire l'olio e piano piano la farina, il mistrà ed infine il bicarbonato.


 



Lavorare l'impasto per un pò sulla spianatoia e formare dei rotoli abbastanza spessi.










 Tagliare degli gnocconi  di circa 5 cm di lunghezza e lessarli in boiling water only on the bottom of the pot.

Un progetto sulla carta semplice ma estremamente impegnativo, visto che si trattava di descrivere, in modo abbastanza sintetico, la presenza e la storia dei reparti delle Forze Armate della Repubblica Sociale Italiana che, dopo l’8 settembre 1943, avevano combattuto su tutti i fronti in Italia: sulla Linea Gotica, sulle Alpi occidentali e nell’O.Z.A.K. Con quest’ultimo libro, dedicated to the front of the Gothic Line, we conclude this little series dedicated to all those soldiers who fought for CSR, and died in defense of the homeland. A story little known by most Italians, and many fans of history, which saw the presence of tens of thousands of soldiers in gray and with the sword in his lapel, to fight against the Allies along the ridges of the Apennines to the Tyrrhenian Sea Adriatic Sea.
